The room was clean, with everything needed for a short stay. The range of hot chocolates, tea, coffes and biscuits was a lovely touch. The free breakfast offered in the morning was great quality, with a wide range of choices. The hotel is situated above an amazing pub, which has a amazing beer garden. I would highly recommend for the price.

Helpful staff. Parking availability inconsistent - only about 6 / 8 spaces plus beer delivery needs. Breakfast not that early, if using on business. First floor room, so a bit noisey.

The staff are very helpful, the restaurant serves a fairly limited food and wine menu but the food is very good quality. It does not pretend to be a Gourmet venue, which is fine. The Stage is excellent value for money, with nice rooms and lovely staff. You will not be disappointed. 😃

Nice place with fantastic food. Strange electric power surge constantly which is very strange. Make it seem like hotel is haunted lol. Overall nice experience but right on main road. Be careful when coming out of shower naked as there is a bus stop just opposite lol

The room was clean & tidy, the door was very hard to open from the inside, due to the carpet, the shower fixings were a little stained with water which made it look a little old, but overall, a lovely stay for one night, the room had everything we needed & was clean & tidy, the breakfast was also good.

This is a lovely old pub, so one needs to remember things may be a trifle warn. That being said, the shower was hot, the bathroom floor was heated, but grout missing in some of the floor tlies. The food served in the restaurant was AMAZING and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can't thank them enough for making my stay so enjoyable.

Hotel was also a busy pub with sky sports screens and plenty of eating/drinking areas, had a very good vibe with nice friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Limited parking at Hotel but you can use square opposite overnight but you need to move your car by 9am.

Very nice hotel friendly staff great location really nice food stayed here a couple of times and it’s been excellent every time

The place has an amazing courtyard and overall very welcoming and staff very helpful. Could do with attention to detail and in places looking very tired. Very poor mattress that was paper thin, eventually managed to get it changed on my last night of a 4 night stay.
