Visited from Denver, CO. Took my parents to spend a few days in Kerala. Very satisfied with the trip. I really liked the transportation arrangements they made for us to go to the temple and visit close by attractions.

A real 5 star experience

If you want to enjoy best foods in 5 star env.. Go for buffet dinner or breakfast in hyatt. More than that its convenient place yobtravel around.

We stayed at the property during our visit from Canada. We were in one of the suites and it was excellent. The washrooms and amenities were superb. The TVs had multiple national and international channels. The safe was adequtely sized for our laptops and there were complementary bottles of water and coffee. The hotel is centrally located and the front staff were very helpful and courteous. The Malabar Kitchen ( Kerala Cuisine) and the Oriental Kitchen (Indian Chinese and Thai) served excellent food. An excellent experience overall. Will return for sure!

The room was a great size and lots of space for a business type hotel .The breakfast was sumptuous and the general food choices were above what I expected .

For a Hyatt Hotel, I booked a Club floor room for all the extra amenities and perks This normally brings! I was extremely surprised to find that all the extra money paid for the club room, did not give us any refreshments or private lounge throughout the day. All you get for all Thos extra cash is a two hour of drinks and a limited range of alcoholic beverages! A real insults for Hyatt!

Great stay. Great variety for breakfast especially there was brown rice 'puttu'. The spa treatment was great as they were able to fit me in. Would definitely return to the hyatt in trivandrum

Always look forward to the breakfast. A variety of Eastern and western which makes it easy yo choose. Alwsys fresh and tasty!
