Clean room Helpful staff

Rooms are minimal and clean, no special amenities. The office hours are not helpful as they are often closed or not nearby if you need anything.

when we first got there, nobody was at front desk, which is fair because it’s a seasonal property but when we emailed and called there was no answer we waited around for an hour until 4 o’clock hit, which was check-in time and then we got our code for our room that’s fine but we drove four hours to get here. once we got our room, it was nice. The vibes were good. Bathroom is beautiful. Shower was great, but the bed was awful. Probably one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I’ve ever had in my life. My shoulders were sore the next day and my back and neck were also sore. not to mention when I was unloading my things into my room the guy was power washing the room next-door and spraying me down. and then we wake up the next day to him power washing again yet they say they save water by washing sheets every three days but the power washer is going 24 seven also pool closes too early. Nice vibe not much going on won’t go back.

This was our first no reception check in. One of the reason we picked this motel was because of the year around hot tub. We were disappointed to read the in room motel rules saying it could not be used when there is no attendant at the desk. No attendant/no hot tub.

Front desk is not monitored 24/7 and the only information you receive is from an email through hotels.com that is not clear. I called to get a room code as I never received anything. Given code over the phone. At night when guest arrived on site the code was note working. We tried calling the phone number online and no response. Hotel not willing to offer any refund or even credit. (Phone number for after hours is different than their phone number online - that is not on me to know, they need better systems.)

Did not use the amenities

Very noisy heating AC. No kettle, only a small coffee machine not suitable to brew tea. Mattresses are just OK. No space to open suitcases. A bit disappointing considering it was renovated just a few years ago.

Cute place, easy to get into the room and quick response time.

Great location, easy walking to the town centre. Lovely room with great shower, wifi and AC. Coffee maker could have been better though.

Excellent stay, Bed was comfortable and very clean. I would recommend the Kiwi Motel to all friends.

Shower doors weren't cleaned completely but the rest of the premises are fantastic! Great location. The host was more than accommodating and prompt and they were thoughtful enough to leave 2 robes for our comfort, which was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion: I get that it's winter and I'm a Canadian, but re: the hot tub is to maybe install a wall of some kind/wrap the 3 sides in winter to block the wind. I still enjoyed it in the blizzard! I also noticed that there wasn't a spare blanket in the room but I just turned up the heat and all was well. Overall I love the kiwi and will be back!

Staff clean room

Stayed two nights! Very good facility.

Room and bed were great. Check-in was easy with code 4 room. Never met any staff. Water temperature in shower could have been warmer.

Very welcoming! The room was clean and in a convenient location. The owner was very pleasant. Wil definitely stay here again.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Short walk to the strip. Overall we had a great experience. Will be coming back :)

It’s horrible motel. Staff is not there at all. They haven’t given us bathroom tissue as well as extra towels for swimming pool. I will not prefer this motel
