This small, clean, and beautifully designed hotel is the perfect escape for adults looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay — always available to assist with anything we needed, from activity suggestions to local tips. The highlight of our experience was without a doubt the breathtaking views of the lagoon. Waking up to that turquoise water just steps from our room was unforgettable. The entire hotel feels like a serene, intimate retreat, with thoughtful details and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking for beauty, tranquility, and genuine hospitality in Bacalar — this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

This property was very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and attentive. About 45min walk from the town center, but taxis are very accessible and only about $80 pesos. Hotel dock is a short paddle away from shallow water and Cocalitos.

We enjoyed our stay at Amainah. Super friendly staff who are able to answer all of our questions. We have a great view of the lagoon. Our favorite part is the paddleboarding at sunrise (SUP provided by the hotel). about 10 min car ride from city center.

I love the way it was personalized and relaxing. Where you set your own pace and do what you want. The resort was very beautiful and just amazing. The town was small and felt like home, thank you for the trip.

Beautiful serenity on the lagoon of Bacalar. Amenities are beautiful, and this is a 5 star luxury property that will call us back again and again.

This place is a paradise in paradise. The whole place is immaculate starting with service. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained and save the best for last the food at Vicero a restaurant inside house is delicious. I would definitely recommend this place especially for couples.

Amazing place to say in Bacalar, Nancy and Moises were very attentive. I really enjoyed to stay there.

Fantastic stay - really loved our room with an incredible view, and the food at the restaurant was really good too. It’s great that you can take kayaks and paddle boards out on the beautiful lake whenever you like, too.

Property is far from main town and other restaurants. Service here is very slow and they have a very limited menu. Some of the staff were very friendly, others didn't care!
