Excellent location and its always to visit the wonderful city of erfurt.

A Super 8 Motel German style. From the surface and pictures the property looks quite nice. Scratch the thin veneer and you’ll find worn rooms, deferred maintenance, a staff that does not enjoy their jobs, and a breakfast that is reminiscent of a school cafeteria. Most certainly, the worst property I’ve stayed at in Germany. The location however is decent.

Very small room but good service. 24 hour bar and a good breakfast, although expensive. The hotel is walking distance to city center and near many good restaurants.

Having multi lingual staff was massively useful for those have us who are less skilled. The only thing I would ask them to add would be a doorbell. Trying to check-in after midnight (ICE train delays!) needed a friendly other customer to let me in to check-in. Not a huge issue at all, but would have been nice is all.

Spent 1 hour checking in at 3.20am with no other customers around after a very long drive. Initially i was told nobody had a reservation and the clerk seemed unwilling to investigate. Then when I prove i have a reservation, he demands a credit card because he doesn't trust a confirmation email sent directly to me and to the hotel from Hotels.com Ask for a later check out considering I've lost 1 hours sleep to be told i have to pay extra! Really rude and strange behaviour yet claims to be polite with me. I hope that his managers can play back the video of this check in to prove the point that it was wrong from beginning to end. Blames Hotels.com and suggests i should reserve with a competitor. On departing reception, I ask to the clerk about the free coffee that's advertised and then blames me for talking too much making a false accussation for the reason why i didn't tell him. Oh and the extortionate car parking at the rear can be saved by parking at the side of the hotel on a car park behind the bus stops and 10 spaces marked with an X if you don't mind unsecure but they won't tell you this. Seriously, look elsewhere for a hotel, especially if you want a fast check in and decent service checking in, will not be visiting again for sure. I'm a time served travel agent and expect a far higher standard for the simplest of tasks.

Great hotel convenient location. Still the same problem as with many other hotels with people smoking directly outside the main entrance.

First time in Erfurt. Lovely new hotel

Short business trip. Good value for money. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Coffee, juices are low end. Rest fine. No fitness facility but for the price more than ok

Clean property, AC for the heat as it was a hot weekend . Great breakfast and Mindy our receptionist was lovely as was everyone else. Walking distance from the train station. Would come back .

Rooms are well done and fairly quiet for a location next to train station. Staff was very nice. Free hot chocolate and coffee was a hit with the family. Played games downstairs which was nice.

Excellent location for arrival by train, just a short walk. Room was very modern but extremely small. Breakfast was very good but lacking any hot items.

Small rooms, mediocre breakfast with no hot dishes and no parking, even if required!! All these at almost 200 euro per night!

Zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel vorhanden (Parkplätze könnten etwas günstiger sein).
