Absolutely beautiful property. The pictures are nice, but I was blown away by it in person. Completely luxurious. The staff, each and every person who works there, was beyond friendly and sweet. I’ve never experienced such a great group of people like this during a stay ANYWHERE. The avocado toast I had from their market for brunch was incredible. Room was lovely, bed was wonderful, shower was perfect, and amenities exceeded expectations. We will be back!! Thank you so much for everything :-)

Everyone on the staff was outstanding. The valets and the shuttle driver Michael did a fantastic job as well. I will be back!

It has a great cafe /market on site and an excellent restaurant.

The closest hotel in WPB to Palm Beach, with great views of the Intracoastal, the barrier island and, depending on how high the floor, the ocean beyond. I enjoyed an easy stroll across the bridge to The Society of Four Arts sculpture garden. For more distant points, the complementary Circuit cart was a much appreciated perc. Iron, ironing board and robe in room very much appreciated.

A great experience

First time at AKA property! It was excellent!

only 1 elevator

When I booked this hotel, it showed me 4am to 12pm next day, just to get there to get told my reservation is 4pm-12pm. I ended up getting a different hotel after couple hours later. My flight landed midnight and I drove 2 hours to the hotel, all I asked them to refund me my money, barely couldn’t get hold of anyone at first and they refused to pay me back.

Great location for the PB Convention Center. Also loved the A market

The closet was in the bathroom behind the door, which was very odd and inconvenient. The shower door didn’t seal properly, so it leaked. My room did not have a balcony, which was disappointing and unexpected. Unless you stay in a room overlooking the pool, the view is pretty terrible.

The room was very basic. Mia at the market place was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever met. The location was great, front desk very helpful.

Exceptional. Location was ideal, the staff were great and the vibe was amazing. Our room had the perfect view.
