Superb hotel in a great location, clean tidy and staff were all so friendly and helpful. Will defo be back again

Plenty of shops near by, no air conditioning, room was clean and staff very pleasant. However, shower was terrible, waster dribbled out and took 5 mins before warming up. No hot water from sink after waiting again 5 minutes.

Clean cosy room, near to shops, pubs and beach at a competitive price. But TV reception was poor and internet was sporadic.

I didnt have a sea view,the room was very nice,but the wifi was very hit and miss

Very dated hotel, also very cold. Had to have two heaters in our room and the heating on. Very friendly staff, as they did their best to keep us warm and comfortable ☺️

Lovely staff The room we requested wasn't available due to a guest extending their stay. But we were given options that suited us. Our room was nice. Unfortunately the upstairs guests were noisy, no fault of the hotel, we mentioned it and they said if it got too bad they'd have a word. We frequently stay as we like the hotel, love the seaview and have always found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Look forward to returning soon.

All aspects of the room was clean and presentable. Plus we had a fantastic view across the bay. We only seen the reception staff who were both informative and helpful,

We had a fantastic sea view, large TV, comfy bed and a good shower. The room was a little basic, but clean, warm and recently refurbished/moderized. The reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful. The shower could perhaps do with a deep cleanse around the base area. Overall though this was very good value for money (continental breakfast just £5!) and we would definitely come back. Thanks.

Very happy with our weekend. Really helpful staff, super appartment that really catered for our needs.A lovely mini break for my husbands 70th birthday.Would definately book again.

Deluxe room was cheaply made over and showing signs of disrepair with smelly shower drainage, worn paint, carpet stains and lumpy mattress.

The apartment we stay is was much larger than expected. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. I would happily stay here again, its location is excellent and we had a very comfortable stay.

The carpets weren’t clean , the cups I washed before I could use them, there was makeup on the quilt cover , and the shower cubicle was black . All in all not a nice experience. I wouldn’t go there again.
