First room was dirty and stunk pretty bad door didn’t close. We were given another room and that room didn’t have pillowcases towels soap and also stunk. And we turned to look, and there were bugs crawling

The front desk lady was a bit rude, they also didn’t have clean towels for about 5 hours after check in. The pool was not open when it was supposed to be and if you want breakfast you better get there when they first start serving it.

We was only in town for one night, due to we were leaving for a cruise the next morning. When we got to the hotel the settle down there wasn’t any wash cloths are towels to was with . We had to take a trip to Walmart. The next morning it was the same thing. The continental breakfast was all gone before 10.00 am the had a few pancakes with no syrup.

It took us till our third room to find one that was even remotely clean. The rooms smelled like smoke and they were dirty. The towels had been used. The beds had been laid on.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If we could give this hotel negative stars, we would. DO NOT STAY HERE. We were here for one night, and there were six people on this reservation. Pool was closed due to quote “we’re having problems”. There were rodent traps EVERYWHERE. Our room had many dead bugs. Our beds had stains ALL over them, and our room was incredibly dirty. Housekeeping definitely did NOT do their jobs AT ALL. There were only two towels in each bathroom. How are we supposed to share four towels between SIX people? The coffee maker didn’t even have a place to put the coffee grounds. The TV quality was crap on BOTH TVs. Our toilet paper rolls were wet, and had some substance on it. We highly HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE else. We thought it would be a fancy hotel because of it being a Wyndham, but now this hotel has put a bad taste in our mouths about the entire company. This was an incredibly horrible experience for our family and we wouldn’t wish this on anyone else.

I paid for a king suite downstairs as my wife and I have sciatica. I paid in advance so my room wouldn't be given away, however, when I arrived ,I was placed upstairs in a double. Walked all the way upstairs and found bed bugs in the room. Walked back down to trade rooms and was given an upstairs double again, instead of a king. Tried to switch to a king as promised for the second half of our stay and they never moved us. Also had no wash rags the entire stay, even though it was promised to be delivered. Having to walk up and down the stairs inflamed my wife's sciatica and she is unable to walk at the time. No one made any effort to correct these errors even though I paid in full ahead of time. Couldn't even sleep because there were children screaming and playing in front of our room running back and forth. The room shook as they ran as if they were in the room with us.

Would not come back. No one was available to check us in, despite circling the premises in search of hotel personnel and calling the phone number (early evening check-in, so hours were not at odd time). First room that was assigned to us had an unbearable smell of smoke, in which forced us to request a room change. The second room had litter outside its doors, but the inside appeared clean. Despite advertising an array of breakfast options, items/condiments were scarce or not available (no coffee, milk, butter, yogurt, syrup, etc).

We arrived and the room we have reserved was not available, the room we got smelled like smoke and wasn't ready, one of the restrooms had urine on the toilet seat, the floor was dirty, the king bed was not ready with pillows that were not sure if they were clean as they had stains. We talked to front desk they told us they had no other family suites and offer to fix the one we already had, they did came and cleaned the toilet and set the bed for us and try to spray air cleaner for the smell. The showers had no hot water and the pool was not available and no we're on the website lets you know that the pool is not available. I had requested late check out and they told me on the day we were leaving that we stay but we diceded not to and they still charge my card. Overall not staying here again and no compensation was given to us for all the inconvenience.
