Amazing

Lovely stay for a quick overnight trip and nice staff.

Staff was very kind, there is a problem sometime to find a parking spot, but I made it :) Breakfast can be better.

Very pleasant female receptionist when we checked in with bikes but she was unable to offer secure bike storage without checking with her supervisor which she did. Problem resolved with bikes stored in conference room. Thought about spending a second night and suggested to the male receptionist in the morning that a solution would be to store them on the balcony. He was very abrupt and very rude saying it was not possible. At that moment we decided we were not going to spend another night there. Would suggest some serious customer service training. Breakfast and staff were great. Would not recommend this hotel if you were travelling by bike.

Clean spacious room, coffee machine in the room, although very hot day when we went but still rooms didn’t feel hot without AC .

Great location one block to the water. Staff were superb in check-in and check-out. Finding parking was a bit difficult .

Room was excellent. Breakfast excellent . Slight problem when we returned to the hotel one day about 4pm and the room had not been serviced so had to phone reception and then it was dealt with.

We were assigned to room 204 even though the hotel was not full. Directly below our room is a bar that plays music until midnight. The hotel is great - just make sure you ask for a room on the fifth floor opposite side of the bar!

Room is spacious, clean with comfortable bedding & good amenities including Nespresso. Staff at front desk are all very helpful & welcoming.

The room is clean & spacious. Staff at reception are all very courteous & helpful. Housekeeping prep the room well everyday.

Hotel des Arts was a positive surprise as the pictures of the hotel at time of the reservation were not that attractive. Service at reception was friendly and helpful, recently renovated rooms were spacious and in excellent condition, including also the bathroom. The only small minus comes from bed comfort which leaves room for improvement. Continental breakfast was typical and quite OK.

We had a lovely one night stay. Hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable and they were willing to store our bikes inside for the night.

Parking options are limited.
