I brought my family, especially my nieces and nephews, for some quality time. While children would have been charged extra, I was given a special discount, even free entry for one child. I really wanted to spend quality time with my children, and the service was very friendly and pleasant.

From the moment you enter the hotel, the lobby feels spacious. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a wide variety of breakfast options. The dining room has a high ceiling, so even when all the tables are occupied, the room doesn't feel cramped. The hotel's facilities are complete and enjoyable, including a long swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a fitness center, and sofas in the open air with city views. I'll definitely return if I have an event in the BSD area.

Good stay here as usual. However, the showerhead pressure in my room was not strong enough. The gym and pool are spacious and clean, but close at 10 pm. It would be nice if it operated for 24 hours or closed slightly later, like 11 pm or 12 am.

Very impressive. My first time staying here, and I loved it. I'll be back again sometime. The room is spacious, comfortable, with large windows, a bathtub with a city view, and a plentiful and delicious breakfast menu. The staff are excellent. The best!
