Items were broken in the room and hall lights were out. Request change in linen and I had to wash my own linen.

Excellent place to stay in Cali, in a safe location within walking distance of a mall with everything including a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and a gym.

This is very convenient for short stays and long stays. Very good service.

Great Property

The property itself is in a good area of Cali and is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride away from lots of shopping areas and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the communication from staff was phenomenal. My check in was at 4PM, but my flight got in at 6AM. Enrique was kind enough to pop in early to allow me to leave my bags in the building until my check in time. He went above and beyond arriving several hours earlier than scheduled to accommodate me.

The property is close to granada. Its easy to stay here as a base

Air conditioning sometimes didn’t work. Other than that it was great.
