Very youth friendly, not the place for those who want customer service convenience, or calming traditional atmosphere Poor lighting in the rooms No coffee or tea offered at check in Self check in kiosk, even though my reservation for 3 rooms was done prior to travel, I had to check each person in and their room separately Certainly not a customer satisfier

Hotel has a very young vibe and bar is open late so be prepared for a very active social scene. Room is compact and no fuss, but sufficient for a sinlgle/couple travelling without the need to stay for long in the room. Bonus that room is equipped with coffee machine and kettle. Hotel advertise restaurant on site but as I found they may close at short notice and with no restaurants close by this could be an issue. In my case the evening manager was amazing and managed to provide meal - service is fab!

It was like a dorm room. I think a younger person would prefer this place.

Loacation was ok, bed was comfy and WiFi worked ok. The room was a little scruffy and could have been cleaner.

Very well equiped with a nice gym room, lau dry room and a good amount of open space to hang out. Friendliness from staff was excellent; and five stars to Marie at coffee bar/breakfast who created a full guide of where to walk and run; and especially where to eat. Two excellent dinner experiences had thanks to Marie! 😊

A/C didn’t work in 2 rooms. Except this, everything’s fine

Very modern conceptual hotel with unique ideas. The focus is in the name (social hub). Great hotel for meeting people with protection provided in the rooms. Older married couples might feel a bit awkward around the clientele and figuring out the lighting in the room. The area seemed void of restaurants, but there is food at the hotel. There is a gym with bleachers for people to watch through a window at one of the many meetup rooms. They are very committed to their concept

It's not-so new building but with "modern touches". It's probably designed for students/scholars but everybody or a family can enjoy it . Amenities include ping-pong, on-the-roof swimming pool, gym, cafe, mini theatre, and laundry facility (which is free and detergent is included). About 30 minutes walking to touristic area. Cafes/restaurants are nearby. Front desk personals are so friendly. Highly recommended
