The male breakfast buffet staff on August 31, 2025 was not enthusiastic and indifferent to the guests. Everything else was fine.

My son forgot his iPad in the room. But the cleaning staff checked and were not honest, they returned it to the customer without being honest. The hotel has stickers on the room and the soft blanket is not clean. I was really disappointed when staying here. I think everyone should not experience it.

The receptionist was not enthusiastic and even the manager did not help. I borrowed an iron from the time I checked in until I checked out but it was still not there. The room was older than the advertised picture. Will not return, do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
