I really enjoyed my stay here at St Elena. The room was great, the grounds and pool were clean and the best part was Max the proprietor. Really helpful and lovely to deal with.

Owner is nice and the rooms are big and clean. The property also has a small pool which is a great thing to have in hot summers.

Update 2025 This hotel is nowhere near as good as it used to be. This hotel has suffered a massive downgrade since the last time I stayed here back in 2019. The covid pandemic has ruined it. All the things that made this hotel special are gone because it's now under new management. Quite disappointing really. - This hotel no longer provides breakfast. - The bar is closed and the spa is no longer available. You want a massage, forget it. You want a cocktail, forget it. - The Wi-Fi is abysmal. The internet keeps cutting off and the signal is slow and weak. Even if you just want to listen to music or a podcast, forget it, it can't even handle that properly. I had to use my mobile data most of the time. The light on the balcony wasn't working. The lights in the room were ridiculously dim. The main light held only 2 light bulbs instead of three, one was empty. The bathroom light was also dim. Why? This is not the high standard that the hotel previously provided. The room I was given was in the small house next to the main building which is run down and falling apart in comparison. On the good side; At least the area the hotel is in is quiet. There are restaurants and cafes nearby that you can walk to. The beach is within walking distance. The staff are okay, friendly and welcoming. They provided good housekeeping. Either way it's still not worth the amount of money I paid to stay here. There's a lot that needs to be fixed. Much of the hotel needs to be restored.

This hotel is a little out of the way with a longish walk to the harbour and restaurants. This small hotel is affordable and nice with a nice little pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived with lots of great advice as this was our first day in Cyprus. A nice seating area out front of the room as well as a nice private one out back of the room by the pool.

The staff has been wonderful in helping us in every way possible. I recommended everyone to book with this hotel.

Max has been been such a wonderful person. He has been well informative with the information that he has provide for me. His hospitality has been such amazing. I have recommended the residence to several of my friends and family. This will residence will always feel like home.

The manager has been an excellent help to us. He has provide the necessary resources that I needed for this stay. He has been really attentive to our needs and kept in contact periodically. I would advise anyone coming to Cyprus plz book at this residence.

Great location and comfortable room.

This was a great value hotel, very nice pool and patio area in particular. No breakfast but close to good bakery. We stayed in the separate annex building (up stairs, no elevator) which could use a bit of renovation but the ac worked and staff was friendly and helpful.

Outstanding place to stay! The management and staff are exceptional looking after all of your needs and greeting you upon arrival and departure. The rooms are spacious, clean and wonderful! Located within walking distance to the beach and with shops & restaurants nearby, it really doesn't get any better. Other sights are an easy drive if you have a car. You can use the pool to relax and there is ample free parking in and around the location. Highly recommend staying at Elena Boutique Residence. Well worth the stay and excellent value too!

Very happy with my experience at this hotel. The staff is very helpful, especially I would like to thank Majid who helped and guide us with all possible information about local ‘Must See’ places. The room and hotel itself was clean and tidy and very close to city centre and beach. I recommend this hotel definitely :) !!
