The room bas very small and uncomfortable

Comfortable kingsize bed.

Large spacious room with a fantastic view of the palace. Breakfast had great choices and the hotel generally had a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

Spend Christmas week here and totally loved it! The location is amazing, the price for the room was reasonable, and the amenities (cafe, restaurant, gym, etc.) were great! I would definitely stay here again!

This place is essentially a very overpriced hostel. The room was tiny for the price and they charge you more the longer you stay so it’s a variable rate which is misleading. You can hear everything around you, specifically the person living above me using the toilet…The A/C didn’t work so I can’t imagine being there in summer. The only redeeming quality is the location. You are a 10-20 minute walk from everything in Madrid. I wouldn’t recommend this place for this price.

This was a surprisingly awesome stay; they have done such a good job to combine hotel, restaurant, quality of food and drinks, accommodation, and people across various stages of life. We will be back in one of the Social Hubs world-wide. Thank you!!

The shower drain in my room was clogged and despite multiple complaints, it was not fixed. I just gave up eventually. I complained on the first day of my 4 night stay and no one ever followed up to fix it. Also housekeeping doesn’t replenish everything like coffee, creamers, etc unless u r present in the room to request it personally. Alexandre at the front desk was very helpful though for other matters.

Great room, really gold vibes, very helpful staff! Only recommendation is a hanger for hand towel next to the wash basin.

This is the best and friendliest staff of any hotel that I've ever stayed at. The staff was also more accessible than at any other hotel that I've stayed at. Our stay was not problem-free. (Problems sometimes occur at even the best hotels.) However I was particularly impressed that the staff took the problem very seriously, promptly took steps to correct the problem, and did their utmost to make the situation right by us. The hotel has an unusual and eclectic feel, due to it being a combination of a 2-star hotel and 4-star hotel, with common areas shared by both. It also caters to both a young business crowd, as well as a Madrid tourist crowd. The decor and amenities seem more geared to the younger side, which set this hotel apart from most others that I've stayed at. My wife and I are distinctly on the older side, and still enjoyed the hotel immensely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, except perhaps families with children. I did not see any children at the hotel, so it might not be a good fit for them.

Perfect location, close to everything.

The property was excellent kind of like a university dorm. They have an amazing breakfast option and a free laundry room. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. The space is industrial and modern.
