The hotel is great, the location is great, and the room views are excellent. The hotel staff, room service, reception, and the staff who escorted us to our rooms are all friendly. However, the restaurant staff's hospitality and service were disappointing. It's a shame, as we had intended to return to this hotel if we were ever in Lombok, but the restaurant staff's disappointing service forced us to cancel. Improve your customer service and avoid discriminating between domestic and international guests, especially in the restaurant.
