Everything is good, but the room is not soundproof well. I heard lots of children playing until late midnight. I hope they can make strict rules to keep the noise low during night time.

The place and room itself is very good. The location was okay, but there were many children playing and screaming until midnight, so the sound was very noisy. Maybe it was just my bad day to be there on the same date with them, but overall it's okay.

The management was unprofessional, assigning guests the wrong room. The accommodation wasn't near the beach, and construction was underway around the beach access, causing dust and noise. The advertisement showed the entire building, but in reality, it was just a small shophouse.

The room was very clean, with no musty smell despite the humid weather. They helped us upgrade the room when it became available, as we have two young children, and they didn't charge any extra fee. It was fantastic!

I visited during the off-season, so it was a bit quiet. However, the hotel staff were very helpful and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It's quite close to entertainment venues, but not near a residential area, so there aren't many diverse dining options. Overall, I still give it 5 stars and hope the hotel will improve!

Everything was fine except for the breakfast. There were few options and they ran out quickly. They were supposed to be out of food by 9 am, but by 8 am - 8:30 am they were already gone. Too few choices.

My family went to the HL Bay race and booked a room and paid in advance. When we arrived, the hotel said there were no rooms available and we were transferred to a nearby hotel. The race started at midnight so our family had no other choice.
