The room was quiet. There were stains on the wall sofa and carpet. The carpet had a red stain, not sure what that was. My wife thought blood. The free internet was a smidge over useless.

I would stay again. Very close to Sutton training station

This property looks nothing like on line. It is dirty, unkempt. and down right nasty looking. The rooms were awful. Literally a bed on the floor with the stench of stale cigarette smoke. We paid for one night and walked right out. Be very very wary!!

Access was a almost comical nightmare , parking too far to carry luggage, no where to drop off luggage and a fence blocking access to the hotel entrance from the parking lot ( way down the street

Good location. Very convenient to High Street. Friendly staff and amenities are affluent

Property was in excellent position to shops restaurants and buses. Staff were friendly pleasant, nothing was a problem, so helpful towards us as we are from overseas. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Would thoroughly recommend Premier Inn Sutton.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast good quality.

Located very close to the high street, next to the shopping centre in Sutton. Very comfortable stay, quiet and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Personalet var tit ikke at finde. Værelsets faciliteter var... sparsomme. Der var ikke noget skabsplads (kun en håndfuld bøjler), ikke noget køleskab, ingen toiletbørste og kun ét (bade)håndklæde. Morgenmaden på hotellet var heller ikke noget at råbe "hurra" for.

Friendly and cozy place to stay

Super Größe der Zimmer, super sauber und alles was man braucht. 4* Häuser in Deutschland bieten sowas teilweise nicht ansatzweise. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und allzeit freundlich. Gerne wieder. Ist auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung.

Arriver sur place il voulait nous faire payer le petit déjeuner 12€/pers/j. Nous n'avons donc pas eu accès au petit déjeuner pendant 5j.

Flotte værelser, nem check in og ud. Og personalet var fantastiske, så venlige og hjælpsomme. Beliggenheden var perfekt med et shoppingcenter og en gågade med massere butikker

La ubicación es muy buena, estábamos al lado de un boulevard lleno de tiendas y restaurantes.

Albergo situato a metà della strada principale di Sutton. Molto strategico. Struttura moderna e abbastanza pulita e soprattutto il personale è molto sensibile ad ogni richiesta del cliente. Cambio stanza al check in per un odore sgradevole rilasciato dalla moquette.
