Beautiful room with great facilities

Lovely hotel, very centrally located great base for exploring the city

All was very good, the breakfast is actually excellent, cleanliness, maintenance is well above average. The square in front of the hotel is very busy, restaurants, bars there, and often noisy parties to the early hours of morning, and windows are not particularly noise proof so if you want calm, choose rooms to the ocean side.

room was small but perfectly served our needs, good for a base to explore the north of the island, as you are right next to the bus station

The room is clean and feels relax staying in. The staff are also friendly and welcoming.

Lovely spacious room. Clean and modern with great amenities. Fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Clothes steamer, hair dryer and hair straighteners. Staff were great. Breakfast was top class and the roof top terrace was amazing.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and located in an ideal spot. The rooftop is a great spot to hangout and chill.

Location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, spacious rooms. Rooftop area with pool is a nice add-on!

It was overpriced for what is available. The pool is an oversized soaker tub - not really a pool. The public areas such as the lobby and the elevators smelled of a really strong detergent. The hotel in general seems to need an entire overhaul

Staff were all good. Room clean. Room service missed refilling our tea and milk cartoons a couple of times yet replenshied the water.

Shower was excellent and everything looked a bit different from the usual bedroom styling of hotel chains which was appreciated

This was a great hotel, centrally located to many attractions and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was excellent with many options and freshly cooked eggs. - The only problem we had is that there was an event in the harbor area where they played very loud music all day, up until 1 am on Saturday night, all day on Sunday until 9pm. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it got old fast.

Great hotel the only challenge I faced is being picked up from tour areas due to it being in a restricted area apart from that it was a great hotel with awesome staff and the standard rooms are massive 😃👍

Excellent! Have stayed before and it was just as good the 2nd time!
