I like this hotel, not only because the staff is friendly, but it has location. The plaza is closed a lot of stores, restaurants and bars it is for both adults and children

No me gustó que sea petfriendly, lamentablemente no pude dormir bien porque el perro de los huéspedes de la habitación contigua estuvo inquieto y ladrando.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The location is great!! You can walk or take an ubber to your destination.

The other reviews pretty much cover all the important info. I'll just add some praise for the rooftop terrace: it has multiple tables, a couple of outlets, and WiFi coverage. It's ideal if you want to get some work done on the computer without spending money to go out to a cafe. Be aware: the hotel is right next to a busy street. Light sleepers will need earplugs.

Great room with comfortable bed, nice pillows and a table facing the window looking over the street below. Good location with places to eat and things to see in every direction. Good staff. They found my lost sunglasses! If I return to Puebla, I know where to stay.
