Really enjoyed my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Lusail. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They always place the needs of the guests first…hallmarks of a true luxury hotel. I was well looked after by everyone. Some of the team members I remember were Sangeeta (reception), Kat (concierge), Vishal (concierge), and Htun (Scarpetta restaurant). Keep up the good work guys, and thanks so much. The hotel itself was lavish, well maintained, and had it’s own private beach. The hotel was within a 5 minute walking distance of the Place Vendome Mall, and other major attractions were easily accessible by quick uber rides. It was lovely to get a sea view upgrade on the room. This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my international trips. l strongly recommend it.

Hotel is amazing , beautiful with great customer service all the way

The hotel is fantastic in terms of facilities for families. However, possibly due to the public holidays rush the overall service delivery could have been improved. Furthermore, timings in the hotel are a little off for example kids club opens at 10am when kids are usually up at 8ish and then close at 7pm when the sun is still up in the summer. But overall would recommend the hotel for facilities

Absolutely superb hotel, best hotel we have ever stayed in ever and we travel a lot!! Everything was superb and the service that we received was just out of this world! The hotel does everything in their power to ensure we have a good stay and come back. Thank you Waldorf Astoria Lusail for a truly memorable experience.

Highly recommend. We arrived for two private functions at the hotel and were very satisfied with its offerings. I will be returning with family as it’s great facilities and located next to the mall for extra comforts.

The check in takes more then 40 minutes We request since we booked the baby crib then we call them 12 time to bring to the suite
