I didn’t take the room because they don’t have the reservation

It was great and the service was amazing However thr daily parties on the roof were like in our room

Found bed bugs in bed left and didnt get a refund

It is perfect as a business hotel not for families

This is a newer property in a bit of the outskirts, it's 35 minutes from Amman airport. The rooms are super nice but very small, which I didn't mind. That means that the rooms are also very close to each other, so my I could really hear my neighbor and his Bollywood movie. The area, although safe, did not seem to have a lot of walkable tourist things to do. The in-room dining service was amazing, I had the best chicken and veggies meal of my life for only $14.

It's a great hotel. If anything, it's a bit removed from downtown, but Ubers are easy and pretty cheap.

Someone knocked at my room at 6 am in the morning. He looked creepy. They said theyll look into the cameras. Just to later on tell me the maintenance guy was lost in the room number. Why would maintenance do any kind of work at 6 am in the morning? And why would he knock at the wrong door? I thought someone is going to do anything bad to me , I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the time.

Wrong billing, still waiting for final invoice. Wrong food orders and no attention to details. Language barrier and hard to communicate to staff in English language. Will not return to same property.
