Both elevators were out at one point, the staff couldn’t check me in even minutes earlier than the 3pm guideline, and the whole ‘meal thing’ felt weird about inclusions or exclusions. Pay to park (but only 10 pounds) for two nights - but still…great location for rail or ferry, but the staff couldn’t check use an upgrade. PS. Why are the damn hallways so narrow to your room? I could barely get by a maids cart…seems like the fire regulations would be wider. Narrowest I have ever seen in any hotel. Plus, the fire extinguishers are proud from the wall vs. set back.. something else to knock off on the way by. Not worth what I paid per night for sure.

Decent hotel but no walk in shower which was shown on the Expedia website. Comfortable and quiet room for sleep and in a convenient location.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The tub was so invited. I took a bath at the end of the day which I rarely do in a hotel room, it was very clean. Thank you very much for a lovely day.

Our stay was fine. But here’s the thing. We were woken up by the TV going off in the middle of the night. And couldn’t find the remote to turn it off. Really disrupted our night.

Parking was located directly behind the Hotel and very affordable. You can walk to numerous restaurants and bars with beautiful sites everywhere.

The property was clean and close to a very good restaurant called the Waterfront Fishouse. My only complaint is that there are no water fountains to refill bottles and no access to ice

Our stay was good. Breakfast was so good, with a huge selection of foods. Definitely recommend. Friendly staff. However, I thought I lost my ID at the hotel and it was very difficult to get in touch once I'd left. I tried to call but the phone rang and rang and no one answered on numerous tries. I called corporate and they told me to "send my friend in Oban to ask if it was there." I asked for corporate to give me the email of the location (not on the website) or or provide alternate phone number and they ignored my email. After another attempt they refused to help again. I never got in touch with the hotel.

Perfect location in Oban. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the distillery and McCaig's Tower. Quiet and convenient with parking on-site and a nice hot breakfast to start the day

A true budget friendly hotel. I can’t say there was anything terrible. The rooms were a good size, the staff were helpful. They do have a machine so you can check yourself in, though I had trouble as it didn’t want to take my postal code and told me it was invalid. I would advise against adding the breakfast, there were plenty of other options including wetherspoons which is a chain restaurant that offer a Scottish breakfast for about £7.

The room was a generous size, very happy that Premier Inn is now on Hotels.com. The place was very clean, had plenty of parking, and decent selections for breakfast.
