It was fun, the hotel was nice and close to the city center.

The hotel staff is very friendly, but some of the equipment is a bit dirty, the water tap is loose, there are holes in the towels, the wallpaper is peeling, the night light is flickering.

The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly, the bathroom smelled of urine, there were cockroaches, and the AC leaked. I regretted wanting to upgrade because my request wasn't met. Previously, I always got the best through the app.

I was given a room on the 3rd floor. The shower was small and the hot water didn't work.

The room was dirty, the spray wasn't changed, there were lots of blood stains, sperm, and hair. Many of the room lights were off and it was dark, and the hot water didn't work. The room's air conditioning was very hot, not pleasant at all, and it was annoying.

My experience staying at Life Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the night staff at the reception were very helpful, but the morning staff were less helpful when asked about the Wi-Fi facilities. The facilities were incomplete, such as slippers, shampoo, Wi-Fi facilities were very lacking, and the room was cramped. Suggestions for daily room cleaning and confirmation not only via WhatsApp, but also directly knocking on the room door. If there is no answer, guests can confirm via WhatsApp.

The room wasn't ready, and there were no towels, so I had to ask for them. The service area looked really dirty; it should have been closed, not open. The location is okay, as it's close to everything. Hopefully, the hotel will fix this.

for the location is quite strategic for those who bring a vehicle or use public transportation can use the city bus whose stop is not far from the hotel. for the room 315 is quite good, the AC is cold, the bed is quite big.. but the minus is true like other reviews there are small cockroaches, but since I'm not afraid of cockroaches so it's not too much of a problem for me..

Good place for transit. Worth the money. Will stay here again when visiting Surabaya.

The rooms are all shabby, the bathrooms are leaking and smelly, not recommended for a staycation, if you're just transiting, it's okay.

with the price, this hotel higher than i expected. the room also quiet. the staffs very friendly and helpful. I will come again when I will visit surabaya again

Affordable hotel and near the center of Surabaya

There was no hot water, and we only got meal boxes for food, not a buffet.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom, asked for help cleaning it but instead they sprayed it with Baygon. Doesn't the room smell worse? Turning on the AC makes it smell even worse, so in the end, it was a dud and immediately looked for another place.
