My experience staying at Life Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the night staff at the reception were very helpful, but the morning staff were less helpful when asked about the Wi-Fi facilities. The facilities were incomplete, such as slippers, shampoo, Wi-Fi facilities were very lacking, and the room was cramped. Suggestions for daily room cleaning and confirmation not only via WhatsApp, but also directly knocking on the room door. If there is no answer, guests can confirm via WhatsApp.
