The sink had mold in it, and the room had a funny smell when we walked in. The doors were squeaky and creaked and the blankets were scratchy and rough.

The facility was very clean, quiet and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything needed. I would recommend 100%

Paying to park. Pillows and bedding were subpar

I liked the availability of the little strip mall by the hotel. The gym was sparsely appointed, but enough to accomplish a workout--I mean how many people are using that anyway, right? The front desk staff were great. I really mean that. I don't want to say any names for privacy reasons, but the people working June 23-29 were some very warm people.

I stayed at this property for the first time in July 2024 on floor 4 for a week. I literally heard nothing at all the whole time I was there! I just got back from a 5 day stay on floor 2 and when there were people in the room above me, there was definitely more than moderate noise. Thankfully I only had to deal with it for one night. This is a newer hotel right off the freeway and right next to a Panera. There is an adequate breakfast in the mornings, very nice workout room and an outdoor pool. They also take dogs which is nice! There is also a nice mostly shaded parking lot right outside the back door. I would definitely stay there again but ask for the top floor if people above you walking like elephants disturbs you! The staff overall is very welcoming and helpful!

While the hotel is clean the housekeeping service was not up to par. I was told my room would be serviced every other day and during my 4 day stay it wasn't serviced once. Inexcusable! One night at 430am there were several people in the parking lot yelling and screaming for 20-25 minutes. When I called the front desk there was no answer. I tried several other hotel connections and still got no answer. Inexcusable!

The staff is always kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious clean. It is convenient to stay here when we come to visit family nearby.

I was extremely disappointed that they charged $10 for parking. There was plenty of parking available and outside of CA this is the only time we have ever paid for parking at a hotel and certainly never at these chains. The parking fee came down when new management came in. The parking fee alone will be the reason I will never stay there again. I feel like I was totally being taken advantage of. Cudos to an awesome staff though.

It was clean, everyone was nice, I had my pet, and the full kitchen was amazing. Will be making this my Scottsdale homebase for sure.

Ribs were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was not great.

Rooms are clean, the front desk is helpful an outstanding person runs the breakfast always smiling and very helpful

Amazing property, beatify room friendly staff. Will stay here again and again.
