The staff was unfriendly. Upon check-in, they immediately told us that the bathroom in our room was being repaired due to a leak, so we would be moved to their sister hotel and our room would be upgraded. However, I had previously read online comments that they had received the same information. In the end, we were given a room, and there was no damage to the room. It was just dusty and not very clean. The advantage of this hotel is its strategic location.

The room was old and had a musty smell when I checked in. The price was much higher than the quality. I stayed on a weekday, not a weekend, but it cost nearly 2 million VND for 1 night without breakfast. The air conditioner was placed opposite the bed, so it blew cold air into my face, which could easily cause illness and discomfort. The quality of the facial tissue was very poor, it looked more like tissue paper than facial tissue. Everything in the room was old. The staff was okay, not too friendly, but nothing to complain about. However, I was asked to pay a credit card fee of up to 4%. Generally, for a room like this, a cost of about 500,000 VND per night is reasonable. When I borrowed an iron, the staff gave me an iron that had burnt things stuck to it, so the burnt things stuck to the things I ironed, which was really bad. I will not stay here again.

The location is right on the walking street, suitable for tourists who like to stroll around. As for my family, it is quite difficult to catch a bus to other districts. The room is very good, the bed is big and spacious, the room is cleaned every day. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are soundproof, but if a traveler walks, they can be heard.

There was a misunderstanding but it was resolved. Overall it was a good stay, nothing major to be complained about. The location is great, foods, supermarkets, and sightseeings are nearby. I can recommend anyone to stay here while in Hanoi.

Nice hotel! But Roundry is careful. Guess brand trousers won't even be taken back by Roudry, who knows good trousers are expensive. For those who want to rough it, check again when you come home from washing.

The hotel is located in the old town, so it is convenient to visit and eat. Nice room, staff is really very very cute. If the room has a ventilation fan, it's better than 100,000 VND. The staff is really sweet and enthusiastic. People can ask the receptionist for help. This is my first time coming to Hanoi, thank you very much.
