We originally felt the stay was going well. However, when we returned home we found someone on staff had defecated in some of our dirty clothes, (of which we had stored in separate bags from our clean clothes, needless to say, that kind of changed our opinion of the stay. The front desk staff was wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! In particular Jessyca from the front desk was Fantastic helping us out when our car service did not arrive on time. Will absolutely stay here again when back in Paris!

Good hotel

Friendly staff..compact but convenient rooms. Enabled early check in. The only issue was some loud celebration on the road at night..but is Paris so can live with that. Very conveniently located. Recommeded highly and would stay again.

Great location, bus route outside will take you straight to Louvre, metro station right outside also. Room was what I expect from a chain hotel, decent size and clean. Breakfast options were good, decent tea, can ask for omlettes to be made, loads of choice to suit everyone. A bit loud due to bars across the street and being at a crossroads but unless you're a light sleeper it wouldn't bother you. Staff were all great. Would stay again.

The elevator does not function correctly and we got stuck in the elevator on arrival. The staff helped but for the rest of the stay it worked unreliably. We reported it to the staff on checkout. It is safety issue which needs to be fixed.

It was clean, staff was very helpful, metro was right outside the door, plenty of places to eat within minutes walking. Only negative would be nowhere to park.

Nice clean room. Great service. I had an ear infection and was able to walk 3 minutes to a pharmacy. Many restaurants right outside. No parking.

The hotel manager was so gracious when we needed a different room to accommodate our kids and have us the amendment for free. Very kind service, very conveniently located next to the Grand Blvd metro station.

Half hour to check in. Front desk not organized. Breakfast was horrible.

The hotel staff was super friendly, and spoke English which was very helpful especially in a new country. Room was clean, and location was great as it was literally right outside a metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby and lively location so it feels safe, which was one of my main concerns when looking for a hotel location. I would highly recommend this hotel for the quality, affordable price, convenience in location and the friendly service.

The rooms could use a deep clean and remodel, but overall not too bad. Location is convenient and the metro is right out front. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Ideal if you’re looking for a place to sleep in the heart of Paris.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed for 12 days and the rooms are specious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is brilliant.

Jessica, our check in representative was awesome. She provided excellent service and came across very genuine. She went out of her way to get us into our room quickly, as we just came off flight from US. Excellent customer service.
