Not recommend this hotel because not allowed early check in or late check out (allow 15 minutes only) even you stay for 3d2n. Ask for any help and desk staffs always mention can't because order from management. Compares my experince with other hotel in Padang, Pekan Baru, Palembang even in Jakarta they very good and understand the customer need. Especially for late check until 1 pm even time weekend. For me this hotel make money not compliments for customer. For last today having problem with room door can't open for three times and never experience with other hotels.

Recommended hotel, clean, comfortable, strategic location.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Close to Merdeka Square. But I'd suggest placing the water outlet near the desk, not the bedside table. Also, the parking lot is a bit far from the hotel. However, inside the hotel is fine.

Good hotel, strategis place, clean and good service.

The hotel staff is so rude, the hospitality is minimal, and visiting hours are until 10:00. This is a boarding house. So annoying, this hotel just wants to make money. Many hotels are comparable and better, but the hospitality staff is terrible. I've been to this hotel three times, and all three times I had a bad experience. Nothing has changed for the better at all. That's enough for the last time I booked this hotel.

It's perfect for those looking for a staycation in downtown Medan. It's walking distance to the train station, Kesawan area, fish market, Podomoro, and Merdeka Square. If you want to order a Grab, the parking area is spacious, safe, and easy to access. The executive room is spacious, clean, and the room service is responsive, with towels and amenities changed daily. Hopefully, M Hotel will maintain its quality :) It was a great stay there.
