The hotel is near the beach and all the services are good.

Cons: The restrooms have a slight odor, and the shampoo and conditioner have a strong, unpleasant smell. Pros: - Friendly, enthusiastic, and lovely staff. - The lobby and hallway areas are cool, clean, and smell of citronella essential oil. - Bedrooms: New, spacious, fragrant, with cool air conditioning, a convenient mini-bar, and most of the furnishings are rounded – suitable for families with young children. - Breakfast buffet: Quite a few dishes, about 1/3 change daily, not outstanding but nothing to complain about, typical. There's a baby chair; just ask the staff and they'll bring it out. The hotel is small, so the dining area is quite quiet, with few people, mostly foreigners, so there's no crowding, making for a relaxing dining experience. - Rooftop pool: There are separate pools for children and adults, with life vests, towels, and freshwater changing rooms. It offers panoramic city views, which are beautiful. It's best to swim around 5-6 pm to avoid the sun. Rating: 9.5/10, I recommend everyone come and experience it!

The breakfast buffet had a slightly limited selection of dishes. The rooms were decent, and the pool was beautiful.

The hotel room was spacious and the location was good, but the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly every day... The bed sheets were only tidied up and not changed during my 3-night, 4-day stay. It was also a bit inconvenient that face towels were replaced with hand towels for the last two days (bath towels were replaced well, with two provided daily). Aside from the room cleaning, the breakfast was simple but delicious!

The staff are friendly, the location is central, surrounded by shops and spas. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view, but it gets very windy in the afternoon, making swimming a bit difficult.

Will definitely visit Grand Tourane Nha Trang many more times because of a great experience, location, space, service, everyone is very enthusiastic and friendly. When I arrived early, I was able to check in early and even got a free room upgrade. With this price, both the room and the infinity pool are excellent!

The hotel is right in the center, has underground parking, and a great infinity pool. Not too far from the beach. Friendly staff. New, clean, fragrant rooms, soft beds and pillows. The room price is very good. Breakfast has many dishes, okay, some are delicious and some are not. My family wants to come back to stay here. My kids really like this place.

I booked a city view room but the hotel upgraded it to a 1/2 sea view room for free. The room is new, clean, beautifully designed, fully equipped (even with an electronic scale which surprised me) The receptionists were very nice and enthusiastic when my family needed help with adding an extra bed for the baby, the hotel has an essential oil diffuser which is very comfortable. Overall, it is worth the money. Everyone can experience it here.
