This is a regular place to stay. Close to the MRT. Clean rooms and good service.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is very cold, and the hot water is good. The price includes a bathtub. Overall, it's recommended, especially for long stays that aren't too expensive. Access to the main road is easy, and there are plenty of food stalls nearby.

I swear it's really worth it, this price includes a swimming pool, it's clean, the staff are friendly, and it's close to everywhere, just a few minutes from Blok M.

The staff was very friendly even though I checked in at 1:00 in the morning due to train problems, but they still served me well.

The sink was a bit clogged, the AC wasn't cold enough, the TV didn't have a signal so it wasn't used huhuu, and the bed made noise with every move 😭, and sounds from outside or the edge of the room could be heard, but it was very spacious and had a mini fridge.

For those reading this, check all the photos and you'll know. The receptionist stated until 10, I arrived at 8:30, and the person serving was a security guard. Self-check-in, opening the app myself, filling in my own data, and even having to take my own photo of my ID card. Upon check-out, it turned out there was no receptionist; the key was just placed in a basket and then left. The entrance area had piles of trash, literally inside the gate. The small pillows were dirty. The bathroom was dirty, moldy, and even the shower? Completely black and neglected. The nightlight was out. The bathroom door wouldn't close, it was broken. The shower leaked from both sides. It couldn't be wrong if it was on both. It leaked at the joints too. The mat was ugly, unsuitable for a hotel. The room wasn't soundproof, it bounced. People walking outside could be heard walking. The mattress made noise every time we moved. This isn't a cheap hotel, even a standard one costs 300 thousand rupiah, but the staff didn't really work. That's all.

How come? The first time I entered, it was stuffy and smelled like cigarettes. Then when I went to the toilet, the door wouldn't lock. And what was most annoying was the mattress was dirty/stained, some were torn, and it made me itchy. The air conditioning wasn't very refreshing either. As a result, I couldn't sleep and woke up frequently. It was disappointing, to say the least.

I was very disappointed because it felt like I was cheated, I checked in at almost 10 pm, I saw good reviews and the place was decent, from the photos and pictures it was quite good, but I was shocked when I checked in I was placed in the ground room at the very end, smelling of cigarettes, furniture and cupboards were broken here and there, my position was like a hitchhiker who just got a makeshift room. When I got there I thought okay that means all the rooms are like this, but how shocked I was when I went up to the 1st floor all the rooms looked very proper, so where was I actually placed? was it a room for employees who were going home, I was very disappointed because with that price there were many hotels around Abdul Majid that were more proper, I didn't enjoy it at all, this was like a photo scam and the facilities were not the same, I was too tired to complain because it was already late, when I checked out and wanted to complain the reception was also empty, at night I also gave the key to the security.

Great place to stay and I will return after a short trip elsewhere. The only thing that is annoying is the barking dogs in morning and evening.
