The AC wasn't cold at all, and the room had a noisy kitchen. There was no fragrance. The staff was unfriendly. This is an apartment, right? Not a hotel.

Very comfortable and makes you feel at home. The facilities are complete and functional, with towels, toiletries, cutlery, and drinking water provided. The staff is also friendly and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. The room is clean, the sheets and pillows smell good, and the toilet is clean. Overall, this was the best experience of my 3 days, even though this was my first time staying here ☺️
