The location is very strategic, with a food court and a well-stocked minimarket directly behind the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. If I ever return to Lagoi, I'll definitely stay here again.

Power outages every day, NO generator at all, handling can take hours, and the only compensation is breakfast, while I'm here on a business trip, time is wasted because I can't prepare a dark room, NO solution

The location is very close to Treasure Bay, near the food court and minimarket. So, if you need to eat out from the hotel restaurant or shop for necessities, it's very easy. The room is very comfortable, the toilet is clean and fragrant (shower soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste are also ready), strategic location close to tourist attractions in Lagoi Bintan 👍👍👍💕💕💕.

The service at D'primahotel Lagoi Bintan was excellent. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the facilities were fully functional. The location is also quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing break. I stayed at D’Primahotel Lagoi from October 11 to 12 and booked two rooms. I accidentally forgot that one of them should have been a twin bed. When I asked the Front Office if it was possible to change the room, the staff named Bima kindly helped me with the room change. I really appreciate Bima’s assistance — not only did he help me with the bed type issue, but he also fulfilled my request for an iced americano, even though it wasn’t available at that time. Breakfast was served à la carte during my stay, but I was later informed that it was actually a buffet. Thank you so much for your excellent service, Bima. I truly hope you continue to grow and succeed in your hospitality career!

The rooms for sale were not checked for amenities like mineral water and TV remotes. When checking in at the lobby entrance, no one assisted, even though there were two staff members watching from inside. Likewise, when checking out, no staff was quick to help with guests' suitcases and belongings.
