Easy check in, kind staff, clean rooms. A little rough on some of the room finishes but they are updating the rooms. Appreciated the full sized fridge and all the little extra toiletries, especially the ear plugs! I would stay here again.

Super clean, as one expects in a good Japanese hotel with generous items, full kitchen, separate bedroom, etc. Hope to stay again.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The hotel is older, but I actually love this style of hotel motel. It is very clean. Updated as much as they could. I would absolutely stay there again.

Parking was adequate and convenient. There was a large refrigerator, a 3-burner stove, and a small sink in a tiny but serviceable kitchen. The beds were comfortable and an extra heater was available if needed. The bathroom tub, tiles, and toilet looked new, as did the flooring throughout. My only criticism was that the area around the bathroom doorknob and light switch were visibly dirty. Nonetheless, the price was very reasonable, there are a couple of restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store, and 2 or 3 gas stations within easy walking distance. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Beautiful room convenient and great price

We have stayed at this motel multiple times and have always enjoyed it. This time however the cleaning products used were very strong, making it very hard to sleep. I hope they switch to a more milder detergent or we won’t be able to stay there next time

Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, and quiet. The host was responsive and attentive. The attention to detail and array of amenities was impressive: Keurig coffee maker, full -size fridge with freezer, kettle, and slippers. Definitely recommend as an excellent value. The nearby Mountainview brewery is definitely worth a visit.

Pleasantly surprised!! There was already a toothbrush kit in the room and the manager/owner walked me to my door. No surprise this motel is rate 9.2 would highly recommend.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. For whatever reason they argued with me about my address on my ID, even after i tried to explain that I had recently moved and hadn't updated my DL quite yet, but the credit card I used is in fact my own (hence my name on the card). When i offered to use an alternate card (one that still had my old address on file, to match my DL) he refused. When i offered my husbands DL and credit card (that have current and matching adresses) he refused. When i asked for an explination all he would say is that its the "motel policy" weird, because when i booked the room online i didnt see any mention of ANY policy regarding guest addresses listed on their req'd ID.... sounds alot like some shady made up BS to me
