Great property and location

Excellent staff, especially the concierge service.

The most expensive hotel we stayed in during our 10 day trip to Portugal and Spain and it was sub par and not outstanding. Were informed at check in that we were “upgraded” and then given a room on the busy, noisy road near the loud pool, with a large hedge blocking any view. Disappointed there were no electrical adapters available and told they were already given to other guests. Lunch at Alo was the highlight of our stay

We stayed during the power outage. Staff really stepped up to make it work. Found it to be a pretty expensive stay though.

We loved our stay at AlmaLusa. The suite was great, spacious, clean and well organized. The breakfast and lunch were totally excellent but my wife is allergic to fish so it would be great if there were more dinner options. Room was cleaned well every day.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. My only concern—though it wasn’t really a problem—was the size of the room compared to the price. I don’t feel it was worth the cost, but other than that, the place is amazing. I booked the ‘solo room’ (not sure what it was called) with a twin bed.

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of Comporta Village. Stylish decor, delicious and varied breakfast beautiful pool, rooms, lobby and rooftop bar. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Sylvia who took the time to take me up to the rooftop to show me Comporta and its history and points of interest. Will definitely return here

Very comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Front desk staff very friendly. Lovely little cafe in lobby. Needs to be open for more hours. Very easy and free parking in front.

Nice hotel and staff. We were unlucky to have a large corporate group staying at the same time who were noisy and inconsiderate of other guests.

The size of the suite with sitting area and kitchen was very spacious and comfortable. Shower was very tight and shower door could not be shut completely resulting in pool of water on the bathroom floor.

It is paradise! Location to everything you need or want with in steps. The staff went above and beyond, I wish I remembered everyone’s names but here’s a few Pedro at breakfast, Lara at front desk made a detailed list of things to do on our trip, Giny in the spa gave the most amazing massage in a roof top hut with a fire burning. Honestly AlmaLusa spa and hotel is an escape that won’t disappoint!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to so many great restaurants. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the smell in the entire resort, very spa like.
