Awesome staff and coffee. Room smelled musty but clean. Comfortable beds.

Clean hotel and rooms. Helpful staff. Close to metro, public transportation. Close to bars and restaurants. Shopping and supermarket near by.

Good location

Ok for the price but our room had a few flaws - we reported a broken bathroom door the first day and got told it would be looked into but nobody fixed it and there was no attempt to offer a solution either. Resulting on a full stay with a bathroom door we could not close. Shower drain was clogged too.

Rooms are pretty basic. No water bottles or coffee tea etc...

This small hotel was excellent ! The location is super !! Straight across from Trinidad station and walkable to the city !

It suited my needs it was close to the train station that I arrived on from the airport there is a bus stop right outside and it’s very walkable to most attractions would have been good if there was a fridge in the room

Had a problem with the bathroom door getting jammed and my son was locked in but staff came straight away and sorted the problem. Nothing was too much trouble.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient, with a train station located directly across the street, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

Felt more like a hostel then a hotel Was on 5th floor has no elevator and stairs are steep and hard to navigate if have ANy mobility issues this is not the hotel for you Also roof was leaking from skylight onto the 4th floor steps was very slippery Outside is a party street and partys go quite late so quite loudly late into the evening Amd halls in hotel can be also and walls a thin so can hear next room or 2 all the talking

Excellent staff

The location is excellent with the metro station across the street. Restaurante, coffee shops around an the staff, housekeeping and front desk person very friendly and courteous. Specially Sergio with good recommendations for the travel around the city.

Friendly employees, the first day I arrived I had to wait for almost an hour due some problem in the hotel's electricity that they were trying to fix. No fridge in the room

The room was clean but small. The senser for the bathroom light wasn’t working properly and kept shutting off when we were using the bath/shower. It made it very difficult to function in the dark. It would also come on and off randomly in the night and woke us up on several occasions. We told the fro t desk and they said they would fix it but they never did. A very fresh looking and tidy hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close walking distance to everything. The cake shop downstairs is delicious and it’s opposite the metro. Ideal spot.
