Hotel is very jaded and in need of significant refurbishment but that said, it was clean and comfortable. Staff were brilliant and the breakfast, cooked to order was excellent. It’s a very short walk to the centre of Rye and its position gives a great view of the Channel estuary. Good value for money reflected the overall need for modernisation.

We had a small room but very nice had everything we needed. I would point out that there’s some bad damp on the bathroom that needs attending to..

Everything was great, room was really clean and much bigger than I was expecting, staff were courteous and helpful, good breakfast, overall nothing bad to say, all positive. I would distay here again.
