It had everything we needed

Avoid if you want to be able to sleep. There is no mention that there is a train a few feet away that passes by every 2 hours honking non stop. Cleaning is horrendous, very dirty. Smells like sewage, had to wrap a bag around the pipe in the laundry room. None of the balcony doors lock, they’re all broken. Freezer had mold. Cleaners cleaned once a week but did a terrible job, toilets had pee all over when we checked in. Bunch of hairs everywhere, used Q-Tips in drawer and used socks in drawers too. Couch had bad body Oder. Neighbors up stairs are extremely noisy. Sink faucet sprays water at like 100mph at random times(so expect to get soaked when washing dishes.) cars honking all night so they could be let in. Dogs barking all night also. Now for the positive, friendly staff and Clean sheets. Save your money and go elsewhere.Not worth the money. Had to leave 2 days before checkout because I couldn’t take the noise and not being able to sleep anymore.

Place was beautiful love that every toom had a full bath room only down fall was there was roaches found 2 and no air conditioning.

If you like to be woken up at 2:00 AM by a loud train whistle, and hear it all day, this place is for you (I was on the 14th floor and it was still loud!). If you like to shower with brown, luke warm water, this place is for you (10 gallon water heater!?!?) Sheets had holes, fridge froze EVERYTHING in it (frozen mayo anyone). Many other issues with the place. My conclussion is I will never go back after my 10 day stay. There are only 2 things worth about the place: the view is great and the staff is fantastic - professional, proactive and very nice. Not their fault the building is defective or the ammenities are just not there. And being non-refundable, once you pay you are stuck with it. I do not recommend it

Super clean, high rise apartment nearing city view

I did not like the fact that the place did not have air conditioning and there was no alternative to the issue. The city was extremely hot and it made the whole stay uncomfortable

No a/c, They let me know the day of check-in. No hot water, dirty floors.

There was no AC in the apartment we had fans it was real hot. Was there for one week we didn’t get notified there was no AC until we got there. No one cleaned our apartment. We had to go ask for towels for toilet paper. There was hair all over the restroom on the floor on the sinks. It was horrible. I would not recommend no one to stay there.

No AC and its hot inside the room, dirty as it was not cleaned properly, the worst is the there was no water on all 4 bathroom sinks. To wash your hands after using the restroom you need to use the shower head. Very bad management. For the price better to stay in a different place.

We booked this apartment for a total of 5 nights. They can probably improve the property’s apartments by investing a little on some furniture or deep clean chairs and sofa. Also, I would suggest to offer all guests cleaning services for an additional charge in the property. It would’ve been nice to have someone coming to clean the apartment for us. I would highly suggest this place to stay with no high expectations but normal to non expectations. I would also suggest to wear earplugs at night due to the train noise.

Nice building, big departments, very low maintenance, super dirty, floor and shower with lots of hairs, toilet paper, soap and shampoo very low quality, no cable, minimum internet. Linens poor quality. Should not be called a hotel.
