Best 4 star I've stayed at especially the kitchenette

to be honest, it was a bit crap not the hotel but the parking , they could clearly see that I was in a wheelchair but instead of offering the disabled parking out the front I was advised to park at the train station.. Even the General Manager who was parking in the disabled parking didn't offer it to me. it was not until I had to ask ... my company was a corporate client with 40 staff based in the UK , however we will now be using Premier inn or Ibis

Nice place for a trip to Brighton, room had everything we needed. And close to the station. Staff let us check in early and held our luggage after check out

the hotel was great, breakfast was perfect, staff was great, but the hotel surroundings and parking are not favorable.

Excellent modern property in a great location. Friendly efficient knowledgable staff. Breakfast adequate but nothing special, just standard IHG fayre.

Location was ideal for everything we wanted to do and see and if you’re not a fan of stairs park at the station as there’s a lift down to the hotel.

It was okay for the price especially with breakfast included. Could do with better soundproofing. Other room doors could be heard very loudly when being shut. Bathroom nice, bed comfortable and a few good amenities. Good location. Not sure if we would stay again but good if you’re on a budget as prices in Brighton including breakfast are fairly expensive.

It’s a beautiful location problem is they do not provide parking you have to use external parking space and pay for it

Our stay was excellent. All the staff were professional, efficient and kind.

Staff were exception especially Sara sorry if I’ve got the name wrong. I travel a lot and she was a credit to the firm.

Great sized room, breakfast included covered everything we needed, very happy with our stay

Absolutely fantastic, located couldnt be more perfect , the room was kitted out as advertised , bathroom was very spacious clean and nicely decorated. Ironing board and iron provided . Considering it was in the center we couldnt hear any outside noise. We parked at the train station and it was a very short walk to the hotel. One last thing the lock on the room was so simple very very effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family if travelling to Brighton for a stay

Amazing

Clean hotel but cold shower in morning, no hair drier, water from shower over spilled into bathroom and room wasn’t ready at check in time. Customer service at check in poor.
