Very small room, but for the price it’s fine, met our needs of having a place to sleep, and great location to explore- metro station and ample restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again. Staff very welcoming.

When we got into bed there was a huge blood stain all over the sheets! They changed the bedding immediately, but still not ideal at 11:30pm. The hotel offered us 2 cans of coke as an apology.... Good location for Euston / St Pancras but the stain left a sour taste in the mouth

Cleanliness of the room was excellent and hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around, personally recommend Tamini and EL&N for evening dessert.

Fantastic. Clean and conveniently located. If you are looking for a simple and cheap place to sleep, you can't beat this hotel. It's a block from Kings Cross/St Pancras. Good internet, comfy bed, small but perfectly fine bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

2 minute walk from Kings Cross Station. Very clean room, very good facilities, friendly staff. Excellent value for location and standard. Perfect for a one or two night state.

A very affordable and convenient location across from London St. Pancras railway/underground stations, with plenty of shops, restaurants on the doorstep.

The location is perfect and very central I tend to stay along here when visiting London and the price is good. Feels very private too and the hotel staff are very friendly. The rooms are basic, for what is needed - there was a few wear and tear things like a patch on my wall has been re- plastered and not painted and the wardrobe door was abit wobbly, but it’s an old building and these things will go so it’s not an issue. It was very clean, however a few hairs in the sink, not like in a gross way - it’s like someone has cleaned it and their hair has fallen in and not noticed. Would recommend just checking over before exiting the room. But would recommend anyone for budget friendly, location, amenities as it had coffee tea hair dryer etc and the bathrooms were super modern

Fantastic location, lovely staff.

Wi-Fi was great unlimited all the stay. Very nice room, lovely and clean, came in and cleaned and made my bed, supplied more towels, toilet paper, and refreshments, lots of shops and bars.Very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour access. Less than 5 minutes to St.Pancras & Kings Cross & also Euston 15 minutes. Buss stops to London Bridge, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Circus and more..Would definitely stay again

Nothing to write home about asides the proximity to St Pancras train station.

Room was clean. Good shower. Very convenient location. Basement room very inadequate, but changed with no hesitation.

Fantastic location and good value for money. Yes it’s basic, but it’s clean and the staff are lovely!

Old building with creaking floor boards. You can hear people moving above you, and when anyone flushes the toilet. The room was too warm for me. The sink was blocking which they cleared quickly, and the bathroom door handle us coming off from the inside.

The staff were fantastic so helpful in providing us information on places to visit. Room was basic but exactly what we needed

Really close to Kings Cross Station and convenient as a stopover for the night when working in London
