Great place

The property needs maintenance

The room needs more attention in need of more convenient other than that close to pretty much everything

Cats and dogs roaming all around the property. I’m highly allergic. And they kept coming for food and followed us the entire time

A nice beach getaway for the reasonable price. More fresh food options are needed especially since they do not allow outside food & bevs. Hotel needs some updating, especially to rooms.

It was close to the beach. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was nice and helpful.

We will come back. Our family had a blast.

Amazing place!!! All staff were so nice and welcoming! My favorite part was the bar inside the pool!

The only good thing about the property is the beach and the friendliness of the wait staff. Otherwise the hotel is outdated, bathroom fixtures were old and moldy, there is no hot water and the water from the shower had a foul smell to it. You only get two towels to use. We tired to call the front desk to request more but no one ever answered. There was no bath rug and the floor was super slippery so we ended up using one of the towels as a bath rug. The WiFi was non existent and the cable did not work either. The bed was hard and the pillows smelled. It’s definitely not worth $260 a night !!!!

The staff didn’t help with anything unless you asked for them need to be more helpful we seat on a table on restaurant section waiting until we asked someone to get a menu them wait until someone comes along to order and don’t even ask in the lobby the guy working there he was useless need to be more humble and respectful and more professional it’s sad hotel is ok just the staff need more help to be more professional and to be more helpful with the customer’s will think twice to come back unless they change the way they take care of customers

Better Wi-Fi service would be nice.

The only things that could be improved are providing regular (non-salty) water for the showers, as the salty water wasn’t a great experience, and placing a sign in the rooms with the facility’s rules and regulations, breakfast hours, pool opening times, and the menu. Other than that, everything was great!

We stayed for one night here and overall it was a nice experience! The frozen margaritas are fresh and delicious. The infinity pool is relaxing with a beautiful view, great bartenders and fun music. Our room was modern, clean and had cold air conditioning. The only negative here would be the salt water in the rooms and the food quality in the restaurant and attentiveness of the waiters can use improvement.

Don’t expect to take a hot shower after doing any activities. It’s only cold salt water. The sheets and towels had stains in them but the staff was nice and the food was okay. Bring your own wash cloths and expect any amenities. I don’t they’re new to tourism. It was okay. Wasn’t terrible.

Tesoro Beach is a nice place to stay. Needs a little upgrading but nothing that will interfere with your vacation. Food service is terrific, waiters are exceptional especially on the weekend. Francisco one of the waiters is exceptionally kind and attentive. The ocean is good for getting into no rocks. We had a great time and would def recommend and stay there again.
