Solid stay

Nice and close to the Palace and port. Helpful and courteous staff. Helped arrange a 4:30 AM ride to the airport for a reasonable price.

Perfect location and amazing suite - hospitable hosts - only negative I could mention after an amazing stay is the “luggage storage” as you just leave your bags in reception which is not manned and door unlocked - however Split itself is very safe so I guess no one ever has an issue

When we arrived the room smelled dank and musty. The cause was mold on the bathroom door. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay- perfect location.

The room was very nice, all amenities were good and clean. the location to downtown as great, just a few minutes walk. The only minor downside was not having someone at the front desk throughout the day, you have to call ahead to let them know what time you're arriving so someone can meet you there. But they were very helpful and took care of us very well

Great communication, organized an airport transfer and got us checked in with no issue late with a 2.5hr flight delay. Will stay again if in split with family of 4

Hard to get in to the property, and difficult to reach anyone.

Locating actual door not easy. Had some issues with the room so they upgraded us to a better room.

Room looks new and very clean. Location is convenient. A great choice to visit Split old town.

The room was only cleaned on request but when cleaned it's was done well. I asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasn't done. Our safe didn't work and I noticed a trap for pest/insects in our room. The shower was hot but the room was smaller than expected, there was no reception or lift.

Rooms were modern and comfortable. Karlos met us for check-in which was quick and easy. Very short walk to the historic city center. Could hear other guests at times, but well worth the stay for the value, convenience, and comfort.

When we arrived at the property there was no air conditioning working. Split was in a heat wave. The A/C could not be fixed. The property manager came and assisted to move to another building several blocks away. The move was an upgrade. The staff were very accommodating.

Hotel was great - good facilities and location. Our host Toma was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
