The property is in town on a quiet street. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a supermarket and the cours Mirabeau is a 10-minute walk. The most important attribute of the hotel is its owner, Paul. Paul takes great care of his guests. He is flexible and very accommodating to the needs of his guests. I stayed two times with a week-end in between and he kept my luggage for me and then put it in the room when it was time to check in. He also didn't accept the taxi driver's suggestion to walk a few streets to meet him, and instead told him that he could and needed to drive to the studio's door to pick me up. He was attentive to my needs and made sure that I was having a positive experience. Paul was the best!

5 stars I had 3 delightfully restful days in the Finonous Studios. The room was clean and well furnished for an extended stay. The location was perfect, as it’s just off a busy street, so easy to access everything but quiet. The manager, Paul was super helpful, from communicating with our taxi to helping with my luggage. Would have gladly stayed longer if I could!

The photos must be old. The garden was overgrown & uninviting. You had to move the fridge to get into it & it then blocked the entry door. There was nowhere to put luggage. The whole place was tiny and smelt old & unused.

Stayed for a week in beautiful Aix en Provence. The apartment is close to the main market square, and situated in the lively old town is close to everything. The apartment has plenty of light and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Location was excellent Centre ville. Host/ property manager was exceptionally polite and helpful. He even guarded our luggage so we could enjoy our last afternoon at La Rotonde at the end of the Cours Mirabeau before catching a very convenient bus direct to the airport in Marseilles. Paul even sold me a cloth picture on the wall to give the money to his daughter who will soon visit New York.

An excellent location in the heart of the historic precinct. Perfect to self cater or have a base from which to pop out and explore - any time of day or night. As an affordable, friendly option with all the facilities ond needs - I highly recommend Catherine Studios. I will return.

Even is they are a lot of construction works in Aix-en-Provence at the moment, a safe, convenient and quiet place where I enjoyed a lot aixoise way of living Will come back !

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere. The host is very kind and helpful. He helped me check train schedules and gave me valuable information for my trip. And he is a very understanding person who even forgave me for late notice of leaving. I thank him very much!

This might be suitable for a poor student, but it should not be listed on Hotels.com. I suppose you get what you pay for. There were no towels, so I never used the shower. I washed my face with my hands and used my robe to dry face and hands. It was warm and the bed comfortable enough. Rugs were filthy and covering broken tiles in the floor. I was really grossed out and tried not to touch any surfaces in the apartment. I paid a 250 Euros deposit and haven't received it refunded on my credit card.

Excellent location in the inner city close to everything. No car needed. Charming room, good staff.

Mini studio dans une vieille rue du centre ville d'Aix, très calme dès la tombée de la nuit. Il vaut mieux avoir le nez bouché car les odeurs sont persistantes, vinaigre blanc dans la chambre et surtout dans le frigo, eau stagnante dans la salle de bain. Seulement 2 serviettes de toilette très rêches. Très proche du marché des Prêcheurs, de la place Bellegarde (parking et arrêts de bus)

La situation est la seule chose de bien Fuite dans la salle de bain drap de moyenne propreté la terrasse pas comme sur photo encore dans le jus de l hiver les fenetres et volets ne s ouvrent pas en entier... l hote demande une cation de 250€ via le telephone ... tres moyen sinon il ne donne pas les instructions pour recuperer la clef...

The owner was kind to let us have a bigger room with a larger bed. However, the room was not clean and we left after the first night. No refund was offered for the remaining four days.

Great place to stay decent welcome

ce petit studio conviens parfaitement pour passer quelques nuits; bien équipé et hyper bien situé !

Le linge de la chambre avait été changé, mais il n'avait pas été nettoyé du tout, pas depuis longtemps. Ça sentait le poisson. La salle de bain était neuve mais pas propre. C'est dommage pour l'installation relativement récente. L'emplacement est très central et bon.

Le studio est très bien situé et très cosy. L'environnement est très calme ce qui est appréciable en plein mois de juillet en centre ville d'Aix en Provence. Je ne mets pas o note maximale car je n'ai pas compris pourquoi le propriétaire m'a baladé en me donnant une adresse inexacte jusqu'au dernier moment ce qui m'a contrainte à un détour alors que j'étais très chargée et a insisté pour connaître l'heure précise de mon arrivée - ce qui importe peu du moment que j'arrive dans les plages horaires indiquées par le site+allegant un accueil physique alors que comme je le pensais depuis le début et ainsi qu'il est d'usage, il y avait une boîte à clés . J'imagine que cette personne a dû avoir des déconvenues avec des voyageurs....
