The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly

For an older motel, it was very clean, bed was nice, patio seating and views were great.

We absolutely loved our room at this property! Waking up with the lake view was just what we desired for some relaxation and this resort delivered! The room was so clean and decorated so cute! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort!

Ms. Kellie is kind, accommodating, and very personable. The property itself is very wellkept, clean, and incredibly peaceful. It is small and quaint so its not bombarded with people. Being on the water with amenities tailored to each room really provides a home away from home atmosphere. Will definitely be back and highly recommended for a calm, relaxing, getaway.

Staff was nice. View is nice. Property is outdated even though it does appear they have tried to update a little. Short drive to park.

This was a great stay! Even with rain we enjoyed being surrounded by water. Very relaxing.

This properly is fantastic. It was perfect for a couples trip. We were able to sit outside at a variety of spots and never felt like we were imposing on other guests. The only downfall is you need to drive to most locations.

Willow Beach Resort checked all the boxes for our night in Hot Springs. It is a renovated motel with rooms that have expansive view of the lake. Our room number 6 was on the corner so you had both sunset and sunrise views. Very clean. Communications with Kellie were helpful. There is a large common area with firepit in the back, near the dock. I wish there would have been a small private partition to separate between patios. Our neighbors were up laughing on their patio until 10:30 and we could hear everything since their patio was basically right next to ours and a few feet from the back sliding doors/windows. Regardless, a beautiful place, tidy and convenient, I would stay here again.

What a hidden gem! This was a great place to stay! Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. People were super helpful and respectful.

Beds are not comfortable, bathroom are not finished. Chairs are old and not comfortable to sit on. Definitely not an exceptional as rated.

The stay was destroyed by the plug in airwick that emitted very toxic strong smelling chemicals. I ended up with severe migraine - although I immediately unplugged it and took it outside the room still smelled awful. I have no idea why they decided to use such horrible smelling thing in the room.

This property is one of the nicest & cleanest that we’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful & quite well kept accommodations. I did wish they had an ice machine tho.

The view of the lake from our patio was beautiful. We were the only ones there..it would be a great place for people who like to fish.

Like being right on the lake. The room was spacious for the kids to be able to play.
