I have to go back. The hotel is on a perfect location of Encenada. Everything at walking distance and the stuff is very helpful and kind.

Love this place we stay here and only here every time

Feels safe and secure, the staff did such a wonderful work with cleaning our rooms. Although I think that faucet needs a little work. We are planning our next trip and we will stay at S.Isabel Mission!

I understand a rustic hotel but there’s a huge difference between rustic and worn/tired dilapidated . The bedding, sheets, pillows were frayed and dingy looking. We chose not to shower as the “white” towels were even dingier than the sheets. Never have I stayed at a hotel in such state. After Self parking we had to treck up a flight of stairs with my 95 year old parent with a walker plus luggage Lastly around 2:30 a.m the guests in the room next to ours started to have an argument and subsequently make up sex which we could clearly hear. Slept no more than 4 hours. Should have listened to my gut and taken the loss and booked another room elsewhere

We love the atmosphere, the old style, beautiful tiles, clean and enjoyable court yard and pool. Location is perfect for visiting the shops and restaurants along Primevera street and the plaza. Kind and helpful staff, room cleaned every day.

Nice property, centrally located on the “Strip” directly across from the hotel is the best shrimp and ceviche around! Great restaurants within a short walk from the hotel
