Estuvo muy bien tal vez podrían ampliar la parte del desayuno porque hubo mucha gente y no se podía transitar por la parte donde estaba la comida

That Guest Service crew on counter!!! Everybody acknowledging you with a wide smile. Felt the spirit of warmth and love of the crew and locals welcoming you and making you feel like home among family! Once at GYE and now at UIO! Now I know why I picked your stay twice! Blessings, guys!

everything was great not sure on the bed size though as my room had two double beds and these didn't feel double at all(smaller tan usual actually) but overall amazing hotel, staff, food, etc

The breakfast buffet was my least favorite thing. The quality of the food leaves room for improvement.

The staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean and new. Xavier and the young female at the desk were very friendly and helpful!!!!

Such a great stay! I was exhausted after traveling throughout Ecuador and wanted a nice, clean room to myself for a night. That's exactly what was offered. They even have free self parking and breakfast in the morning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Fantastic stay for a few days for a wedding. Staff were friendly. The room was designed very comfortably. The rooftop gym was spacious and great to look outside. The rooftop terrace is great sunset views. It would be good to add outdoor seating. Yet another iconic Semaica and Lucas project.

Compare to similarly priced Wyndham in Quito it has a 3 at best while Wyndham Quito has at least a 6

EXCELLENT HOTEL Very well located in the area of La Carolina Park, multiple good restaurants within walking range of the hotel. The service at the front desk was excellent and very friendly. They helped us with the shuttle service. The rooms are a good size and the hotel is only a couple of years old. Highly recommended.
