Very large space for less price than a regular hotel. Will be staying again next trip. And the free onsite parking was a nice bonus

I’m a total skeptic , this place was beyond awesome. Amazing for families that need/want the comforts of home. Would be super awesome for a girls trip as well… We’ll be back! 10/10

Convenient, clean, friendly staff, easy free parking and includes fridge, stove and washer/dryer, heat pump and had a balcony.

Xavier and Arpan are rude and insulting. They both owe me an apology. I will never stay there again unless they do. Our entire company will not stay at any properties managed by this group unless they apologize. I’m also actively spreading word of mouth about these two nasty people.

It was mostly as expected. Except the noise level from the street. We had hard time sleeping. Thankfully the management responded and changed our location after a couple of days. The wifi connection was not always reliable. Finally, we could not enter our room on the final night, because the codes were reset. After an emergency call, the issue was resolved. Overall, the place is clean and has plenty of space. Despite the above issues, our experience was positive and would recommend it to others.

Nice and clean

The room was clean. The location was surprisingly quiet. I noted some small areas of easily fixable damage to baseboards and edges of lower cabinetry which if repaired would extend the life of the millwork. Staff I interacted with were polite and helpful.

Our concierge was amazing! Any issues we had he was right there to help us out! He even gave us a brunch suggestion that was spot on! Everything was super clean and had what we needed.

All the above. The cleanliness was amazing, the excellent help from the company, Iwas late on my check in timing and had to call after hours number to ask for help, (its my first time staying here) they helped me with no hesitation, and explained my situation. They did everything to help me. I appreciate the effort and the kindness. I will be back to stay again soon for sure.

The laundry was great. The bedding was comfortable.

We stayed for a week and overall we were very impressed with the amenities and staff. We'll plan on staying here next time in Victoria.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay, the suite was spacious and had a well supplied kitchen. Couch was great, bed was comfy, and honestly the check in is just so quick and easy, basically it doesnt exist, you get a door code for your suite and you walk in.. check in done! Plenty of parking, the only downside is its on a a busy road, but I think thats going to be the case everywhere in the area.

The room was clean however missing some basics like dish soap and paper towels. We had maintenance knick on the door at 1030 am to replace a tv we didn't know was broken. No communication regarding the work to be done in the suite. Otherwise just the standard traffic noise throughout the night. Our ticket also kept filling up for long period of time
