the solo suites hotel was great. it was very clean quiet, and secure. the also have complementary ev charging for 2 vehicles. ill be staying there angain for sure.

Great stay, clean room and great staff. Only negative was the AC was not quite blowing cold enough. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Our whole family came for a funeral so to be in one place but separate was great.

Everything was ok. No scissors in the drawer and no paper towels (which always come in handy). We got upgraded on arrival so I don’t know what a regular room looks like. The top floor has higher ceilings. Bathroom is small and it and kitchen are very basic but functional.

Rented 2 rooms this time for my family. It the only hotel walking distance to down town Langford. My room was upgraded and was awesome. My kids room was great also. I did forget to mention that the kettle didnt work in 202 but we found a hot water work around with the coffee machine. Great stay overall. We will be back

Wonderful stay. Room was well equiped with all the cooking/dining needs. Loved the patio roof top grill. Close to shops. Pet friendly. Comfy bed. And Prime video available!

Great place to stay!

Check in was easy and the suite had everything that was needed for a short stay. Room was spacious and location was great. Had a I’m room laundry which came in handy. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the shower head. It had very low pressure and was a stationary head. Would have appreciated a strong pressure shower. Otherwise a great stay!

This place left me and my two kids standing there with nowhere to go. We showed up around 6:30 from Vancouver off the ferry, there was no code information or room number sent to us via email or text. The phone number on their website for 5pm - 9am was not even in service. Nobody replied to any messages. I ended up walking with the kids almost two kilometers and booked the holiday inn. Stay away from this horrible place. Not worth even looking at for booking.

The suite was very nice. No problem accessing the suite after hours. The only issue was that there was no bedding for the pull-out couch even though I had indicated there were 3 people staying in the suite.
