Great stay near Richmond center and train station. Parking is tight but functional, costs £25 per day. Hotel is lovely and the staff were very welcoming and helpful! Recommended!

Beds were super comfortable, breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold options, and location near central Richmond and the Thames was fantastic. The staff, to a person, was helpful, courteous and well trained. Overall great experience!

Beautiful property in a great location for walking around Richmond! The only missing star is because the shower's maximum temperature was luke warm/cool. It had a pulsing stream of warm a couple pulses then cool a couple of pulses. But the bathroom floor is heated and that helped.

A very lovely place. All staff was very helpful. Kelly was super great as we got in from a long day of travel. The hotel decorations and details very nice. Beds comfortable. Great location to river and shops. I would definitely recommend to others.

The hotel is great in location (few steps from Richmond high Street and station). It's cosy and with welcoming atmosphere. The room size is great and it was modern styled and air conditioned. There was only one concern about house keeping, that it was not standardised. It depends on who cleans your room to have enough toilet paper or water bottles..etc. It's a miner issue that I'm sure the hotel administration can overcome. Thank you

The room was great and a short walk to all the Ted lasso filming locations.

The hotel staff were wonderful. We did have an issue with our room being too hot. After two attempts to fix it, they moved us to another room. The location is great and the hotel was very clean.

Our family suite smelled very badly of old water damage/mold. The carpet was damp along the wall and on one side of the bed. Unfortunate because otherwise, we really liked the property.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t need to park, except to be picked up and dropped off, but there wasn’t a lot of space to park. The rooms were very clean. There were a couple of minor inconsistencies with the replacement of amenities by housekeeping, but nothing worth mentioning. The only problem with our room was that we could hear people walking back and forth in the room above us, (the dining area, I think) one night quite late.

Very helpful staff, comfy room and nice relaxed lobby area. The breakfast was very good albeit the choices involving smoked salmon were off the menu as tge delivery had not come. But the staff offered plenty of alternatives. The stay was charming and very comfortable.

A great overnight stay and well placed for the rugby.

The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated having both a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle provided in the room. The breakfast, which is extra, is delicious. The hotel's location, within easy walking distance of Richmond Green, Kew Gardens, and the Tube, was excellent. Those with heavy luggage should be prepared that some rooms are a half-flight of stairs above the elevator.
