Clean, great location and helpful staff.

A quiet hotel in a nice neighborhood. The subway is a 14 min walk away and plenty of food and shopping 5 min away. Loved the amenities and staff was very friendly.

We actually booked for the wrong night, and the lady on reception was so helpful in correcting our booking for no extra charge. Lovely, comfy room and good facilities. A bit tucked away and could be easily missed but close to local amenities

The rooms were large with a huge closet. Very nice when compared to the rooms in Tokyo

Place is clean quiet and staff are helpful. Shops and convenient stores are just walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay in Granbell Hotel Hanareya. The rooms were large and attractive. The beds were so soft and comfortable, with lovely bedding. The hotel was really quiet despite being so centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice accommodation, probably would choose it again next time.

とても綺麗で広々としたお部屋でした お風呂も家のお風呂のように洗い場もありゆっくり入ることができました 周辺は住宅街なので、コンビニや食事をするところはほとんどありません ゆったり泊まる目的だけならとても良いと思います

こじんまりしたホテルですが、フロントの外国人スタッフは日本語が流暢で対応がよかったです。一点気になったのが、部屋にある洗面台の天井のダウンライトが暗く、メイクをする女性には顔の映りが悪く不評でした。そこを改善していただけると素晴らしい部屋になると思います。

本館別館と2つあり本館別館の場所を間違える場合があります！別館で泊まらせて頂いたのですが非常に満足出来る部屋の広さでありました。

本館のほうの大浴場が使えるのですが、その際のタクシー代は負担してくれます。本館へ朝食に行く際のタクシー代も同様です。ただし、自分たちは事前に調べていたので利用しましたが、スタッフから積極的な情報提供はありませんでした。 ホテル自体は共有スペースはなく、部屋だけといった感じです。部屋は十分に広いですし清潔です。共有スペースがないとか歩くのが苦にならなければ良いホテルだと思います。

スタッフの対応も良く清潔で交通の便も良く コンビニも近くに有り凄く快適に過ごさせて頂きました。 ありがとうございました。
