Clean room close to all restaurants

This was a great stay and a good value for the money. I booked the smallest room which was a little cramped but we made it work. Overall the entire hotel has a very modern and upscale feel for that price point. The shower was great the bed was comfortable and queen size.the pillows were sub par. The reception was ok, the door man was fantastic . Room was clean and modern, everything was good. The only problem I have and why I reduced a star is because they ignored my do not disturb door hangar and still entered our room while my wife and I were away. They do not respect that , that is a big problem for me. I’d probably still stay there again but I’d upgrade to a larger room for more space if 2 people. We skipped the overpriced breakfast because there’s plenty of places to eat breakfast for cheaper just across the street.

I stayed here for 5 days and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the bedding. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable — I could literally feel the metal/springs poking into my back. After only a couple of nights, I developed severe back pain that forced me to seek chiropractic care and purchase pain medicine/creams (Bengay). The pillows were equally terrible, offering no support and leaving my neck stiff and sore every morning. For a hotel, the most basic expectation is a good night’s sleep. Instead, my stay caused lasting discomfort and medical expenses. This is not acceptable for a hotel that presents itself as quality lodging. I strongly urge management to replace their mattresses and pillows immediately, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone until they do so.

Great location close to Miraflores main square. Lots of restaurants and shops and very close to the information centre, and close to the meeting point for a lot of the local tours. We could even walk down to the beach, with a little uphill effort getting back. Breakfast was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel. Clean and updated. But the windows are not soundproofed. The cars and honking can be heard in the room. The breakfast food was good and the service by the breakfast manager was excellent. Good experience overall.

It's a lovely hotel, with great responsive staff and atmosphere. Only downside for us was the is distance from the Historic centre, but it was in a lovely area. I would stay again

Great location, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, helpful staff

Very smooth check in and check out. Everything was clean and furniture seemed newer or kept in great condition. Just had sort of an “Ikea furniture” feel to it, not luxurious. The family of 3 room was small and open. Stepping out of the shower you were exposed to the rest of the room. I wish there was some shelving around the sink to put cosmetics and bathroom items. Overall quiet despite being in a somewhat busy area- nicely insulated walls and windows. Beds were soft and clean. I slept great. Giving it a 3 stars but it is 10/10 for cleanliness and staff friendliness

Cute hotel and front desk was nice. The water dispenser was usually out and there is no iron inside the room which is why I knocked off a star.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Miraflores. Nice rooms and gym. I had never expected this great breakfast!

The room was clean but the bathroom was starting to need attention. The floor shower titles were loose. The sink leaked a little. Overall it was fine for one night. Location was great.

The property is new and clean but the rooms are very small . we were 3 adults and we were give a room with a double bed and bunker bed. Toilet and bathroom are very very small and no option to look the toilet and bathrooom which are separate in the same room.

Room size is too small, Washroom too inconvenient For 3 adult one person is forced to sleep on bunked bed. No other option
