there are no Variations for the breakfast. Same menu every day. They should at least try different kind of menu to make visitor feels more refresh and do no feel bored to have a breakfast there

In addition to the hotel staff who were very friendly during check in, the service was also very fast. Although check in should have started at 14.00, we were able to enter the room earlier. So it was not stiff.

Just came back from Pullman, everything are OK from the location is excellent, the staffs are friendly and very helpful. The foods taste OK but less varieties especially for local foods. The room is clean, but the pillow bit smelly and not soundproof. We can hear the people frm the other room closing the door and kids shouting at the hallway.

The soundproofing of the room is very bad, you can clearly hear the sound in the next room (with children) and the sound of footsteps coming from the room upstairs, this is what makes the experience here incomplete. The rest is quite good, friendly staff, rooms are simply decorated but beautiful and meet all needs. I appreciate that the hotel is equipped with water filters instead of mineral water bottles to protect the environment. During my stay, there was a schedule to clean the hotel's exterior glass, so the swimming pool also had to stop operating for a few hours in the morning. This was not a problem until I witnessed them washing and the water and soap pouring down the front of the hotel like a waterfall, which was not suitable for the general environment.
