The location is excellent, making it easy to get around while shopping. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are large, clean, and cool. The bathrooms have bathtubs, making them perfect for families. If I return to Singapore, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice, right in front of the mall, you can find lots of delicious food, you can walk to the hospital while washing your eyes, it's really amazing.

there are no Variations for the breakfast. Same menu every day. They should at least try different kind of menu to make visitor feels more refresh and do no feel bored to have a breakfast there

In addition to the hotel staff who were very friendly during check in, the service was also very fast. Although check in should have started at 14.00, we were able to enter the room earlier. So it was not stiff.

Just came back from Pullman, everything are OK from the location is excellent, the staffs are friendly and very helpful. The foods taste OK but less varieties especially for local foods. The room is clean, but the pillow bit smelly and not soundproof. We can hear the people frm the other room closing the door and kids shouting at the hallway.
